About Minas Restaurant
Minas restaurant & bar opened its doors in August 2020 with Nayara and Dan at the helm with over 20 years experience and their love of food wished to provide the Bournemouth community with a place to relax and enjoy themselves away from the stresses of life.
The name came from Minas Gerais where owner Nayara was born and raised and taught to cook by her very food orientated family.
We wish for people of all ages to come and join our happy team to eat, drink and enjoy their time and our friendly Brazilian culture!!
